Jigsaw24 continues to cut a distinctive path through the UK channel as a trusted Apple partner. Headquartered in Nottingham, the VAR blends deep technical expertise with a growing focus on sustainability, creative services, and managed IT—making it a go-to partner for customers in media, design, education, and beyond.

In early 2024, the firm appointed David Dudman as managing director, with Dudman now leading day-to-day operations and delivery. Longstanding CEO Roger Whittle, meanwhile, remains the strategic figurehead, recently emerging as one of the channel’s most outspoken voices on sustainability. At CRN’s 2025 Sustainability in Tech Summit, Whittle made a full-throated case for businesses to stop outsourcing environmental responsibility to governments.

“We're all citizens of the world, and we need to do the right thing at every level—whether as individuals, in our businesses, or in wider society,” he said. “It’s not rocket science—it’s just good business practice.”

Jigsaw24 backs up the rhetoric with action. Its “Jigsaw Tree” programme spans carbon reduction goals, employee EV schemes, and a circular IT model that includes refurbishing and recycling tech for clients. Whittle insists the commercial benefits are real: “Sustainability helps PR, marketing, customer relations, talent attraction and retention, cost management—you name it. At its best, it’s just one of the many things that makes a great company great.”

The company also sharpened its services portfolio in 2023 with the acquisition of trade and certain assets from Amsys Limited, an Apple-authorised repair firm that had gone into administration. That deal bolstered Jigsaw24’s technical repair and maintenance offering. In February 2024, the acquired business was fully hived up into parent entity Jigsaw Systems Limited, with the original legal entity now being wound down and returned to dormant status.

Despite concerns about the energy footprint of technologies like AI, Whittle remains bullish on innovation as the path forward. “Technology is what got us here, and technology is what will get us out of it,” he said. “If we can get even a fraction better at harnessing renewable energy, we won’t have an energy problem.”
