Revenue: £141.5m

Hampshire-based unified comms and contact-centre-as-a-service provider OneCom grew to £141.5m revenue in its most recent filings off the back of acquisitions hived up during the period, a strategy which it intends to continue pursuing through further M&A.

The solution provider also credited the wins to a strategy of building “on well-established growth platforms.”

The MSP is currently pursuing a further evolution into a cloud-based services provider spanning UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP and modern connectivity solutions.

In particular, OneCom points to its cloud and connectivity business, where its customer base grew 5 per cent year-on-year, while average revenue grew 15 per cent.

The Vodafone and BT partner also spotlighted the buildout of its self-service capability through its OneCloud platform.

All of these initiatives come off the back of OneCom receiving backing from PE investor LDC in 2019, finding itself among the ranks of other LDC-owned channel entities Aspire Technology Solutions, Creative ITC and Kick ICT.
