50. Kinly
Revenue: £86.6m
Kinly saw a strong return to form in 2023, with revenue rising 9 per cent to £86.6m as the global supply chain bottlenecks that hampered much of the AV industry in 2022 began to ease. With lead times reduced and demand for workplace collaboration tools on the rise, Kinly also recorded a 15 per cent uptick in gross profit and a near-doubling of adjusted EBITDA to £6.4m.
The London-HQ AV integrator has continued to ride the hybrid working wave, helping customers rethink their office environments with huddle spaces, digital signage and smart meeting rooms. The company reports that clients are not only upgrading pandemic-era installations but also investing in more intuitive, secure and sustainable collaboration experiences—an area where Kinly expects technologies like AI, AR/VR, and machine learning to play an increasing role.
With sustainability rising up the agenda, Kinly is helping customers shrink their carbon footprints through smart meeting technologies and immersive remote solutions that reduce the need for travel. The company also flags security and privacy as ongoing priorities as reliance on video collaboration deepens.
Directors say Kinly is well-positioned to capitalise on the AV market’s continued transformation, and continue to track revenue and adjusted EBITDA as key performance indicators to steer its growth strategy.
