60. Cisilion

Revenue: £72m

Cisilion closed its most successful year to date in FY24, posting an 18 per cent rise in bookings to £86.77m and more than doubling EBITDA to £1.72m. The services-led VAR attributed the uptick to a sustained focus on operational efficiency, profitability and strengthening customer relationships across both public sector and corporate markets.

Its core technology pillars—modern work, infrastructure, data centre & cloud, and security—remain central to its strategy, backed by deep partnerships with Cisco and Microsoft. The Cisco practice surged by 51%, while Microsoft revenues climbed 36% to £44m. Over the year, Cisilion secured seven Cisco Powered Services badges and was selected for three elite Microsoft programmes (CSI, Teams, and Co-Pilot), helping expand its managed services portfolio and technical depth.

Back orders grew from £39m to £47m, and the firm added 59 new strategic clients in the period. Cisilion also invested in its future foundations with a full brand refresh, a renovated London HQ, and the launch of a new Client Experience Centre to showcase cutting-edge vendor technologies.

Still entirely debt-free with no external funding or bank loans, Cisilion credits its strong financial footing to conservative risk management and weekly cashflow reviews. Leadership maintains that this independence shields the business from interest rate shocks and ensures resilience in the face of macroeconomic pressures.

Talent remains a strategic priority. Cisilion continues to upskill staff through evolving development programmes and market-aligned benefits, recognising its people as the driving force behind the firm’s continued growth.
