Revenue: £66.6m
Cheltenham-based Commercial Ltd posted a turnover of £66.6m in its latest financial year, up from £60.2m in 2023, with pre-tax profit more than doubling to £2.1m. The directors described the company’s year-end performance and financial position as “satisfactory”.
The 2024 acquisition of the trade, fixed assets and stock of sister company Commercial IT Services marked a key moment of integration for the group, signalling a push to consolidate and strengthen its position across both office supplies and IT services.
While directors cite competition in both of these markets — as well as the broader economic climate — as key risks, they continue to invest in development and performance monitoring across the business. Although specific KPIs were not disclosed, the company indicated it uses a suite of metrics to track progress and adapt to internal and external changes.
