73. Digital Space

Revenue: £63.9m

Cloud MSP Digital Space has continued to evolve its model following its secondary buyout by Graphite Capital in November 2022. Focused on serving UK mid-market and enterprise customers across both the public and private sectors, the business has sharpened its strategy around long-term value delivery, prioritising multi-year managed service contracts over one-off revenue spikes.

Its proposition spans core areas such as SD-WAN, PWAN, managed LAN and Wi-Fi through its ‘Connected Space’ offerings, alongside hybrid cloud hosting via AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, private cloud and virtual data centres as part of its ‘Productive Space’ portfolio. The company also delivers unified collaboration and communications tools including cloud desktops and cloud contact centres.

Security services fall under its ‘Secure Space’ umbrella, comprising Managed Detection and Response and Security-as-a-Service, while its ‘Customer Space’ platform provides a secure, centralised portal for ordering, reporting and billing—giving clients visibility and control across their environments.

Digital Space’s infrastructure includes a 24/7 network operations centre, private cloud data centres, a 100Gb-enabled core network, a white-labelled security operations centre and a multi-cloud management portal—supporting its ability to deliver robust and scalable services.

The firm recently secured a number of contract wins, including a Mitel-based cloud communications roll-out across 200 sites, an 8x8 deployment supporting 8,000 users across 1,000 sites, and a significant Fortinet SD-WAN managed service agreement for an 850-site customer, signed in early 2024 and due to roll out through FY24 and FY25.
