85. Printerland
Revenue: £51.2m
Altrincham-based Printerland has long held its own as a specialist supplier of IT hardware and consumables, with a stronghold in the printer space and a growing e-commerce presence that continues to underpin its performance.
For the year ending 31 March 2024, the firm recorded a turnover of £51.2m – a modest decline of 3.7 per cent – and posted EBITDA of £4.95m. Despite the dip in top-line revenue, directors expressed satisfaction with the year’s profitability, attributing it to a consolidated sales base and the continued effectiveness of its online strategy. Its cash position also ticked up to £12.3m.
While the directors acknowledged the challenging economic backdrop, they said the business remains focused on strengthening relationships with vendors to ensure access to the latest ranges and maintaining the stock levels needed to deliver the fast service customers expect.
