Executive mentors can make a vital difference for women aspiring to build a successful industry in the IT industry, according to CRN Women in Channel category sponsor Softcat.

In the above video, Anushka Davies, head of engagement, diversity and inclusion at Softcat says that it is the responsibility "of all of us at senior positions" to be an executive mentor for their more junior colleagues that want to build their own careers in the sector.
