CRN caught up with GoTo's vice president of global partner sales, Michael Day to look at the year ahead and the opportunities that face the Unified Communications vendor and its partners
In this short video Q&A, Day explains why GoTo sponsored the Channel Awards this year, and also how the vendor's partner programme has seen ‘outrageous' growth in 2022.
Day also elaborates on how the vendor is investing in its partners, with a new tailored Partner Concierge Programme, to help each one capitalise on the opportunities and win in their chosen market. And he said the vendor is bringing even more products to market to help its partners succeed.
He also said the opportunities are definitely out there for partners.
"We are going to see certain areas where partners can take advantage like never before, when they truly transform to be that trusted advisor," Day said. "Because there is so much technology out there businesses can't keep up with that, but the partner community can.
"The Partner Community is going to thrive in the coming year," he added. "It not going to get easier, I think partners are going to have a harder time finding the easier leads of the past, so now the differentiation of product and service has to be at the forefront of every partner."
