Kaseya's Greg Jones talks new features, MSP enablement

Kaseya, a leader in the managed service providers (MSP) sector, is placing MSP empowerment at the forefront of its strategy.

Greg Jones, SVP of MSP enablement, EMEA at Kaseya, presented the vendor’s MSP strategy at XChange MSP in early October.

The vendor’s MSP enablement team, now 75-strong, is dedicated to helping MSPs enhance their business operations globally.

This investment is crucial, Jones says, as Kaseya transacts with over 55,000 MSPs worldwide each month and recognises that its success is intricately linked to that of its clients.

A key initiative driving this strategy is the True-Peer Programme, launched in the EMEA region in 2021. This channel initiative, based on the True-Methods framework, aims to bolster MSPs' operational maturity, profitability, and market positioning.

The initiative's core objective is not only achieving business targets but also supporting MSPs in scaling sustainably and securely. By fostering innovation in sales and marketing, TruPeer is aimed at preparing MSPs to navigate market challenges and capitalise on future opportunities.

Kaseya's commitment lies in transforming goals into realities for MSPs, ensuring that actions taken today yield results tomorrow.
