Sustainability in Tech Summit 2025: Q&A with Clare Parry-Jones, Computacenter
The European sales enablement director talks “greenhushing”, accountability, and the road to net zero
During The Channel Company’s Sustainability in Tech Summit, CRN hosted a video interview with Clare Parry-Jones, sales enablement director Europe at Computacenter, to discuss the idea of “greenhushing” and the reseller’s approach to sustainability.
Parry-Jones talks about the importance of events gathering tech leaders around sustainability, the fact that some organisations are taking sustainability to heart despite not being excessively loud about it, as well as Computacenter’s efforts to try and help and support its customers on their road to net zero.
She also covers the company’s “people, planet, and solutions” strategy, its accountability and responsibility towards internal and external stakeholders, whether they are customers or investors, and Computacenter’s huge investment in solar panels across territories such as the UK, Germany, and NORAM.
The discussion offers insights on how the reseller is helping its customers, partners, and the wider IT channel to move towards a more sustainable future.
