Leeds-based MSP Assured Data Protection has made changes to its organisational structure, as it intends to work with more vendors to develop new managed services solutions moving forward.

As part of these updates, Stacy Hayes, EVP Americas, will transition into the newly created role of chief strategy officer (CSO).

Rob Mackle, currently MD EMEA, is to become CRO EMEA, as ADP aims to broaden its customer base and operations in the region.

Brian Dutton, the organisation’s CRO Americas, will reportedly take on greater leadership responsibilities across the region.

As the first to hold the CSO title, Hayes will be in charge of managing the firm’s innovation team, launched in May, as well as its OEM relationships, emerging markets, and a new public sector division.

These leadership updates come in response to what the company refers to as a positive momentum across both the Americas and EMEA, driven by the demand for consumption-based IT services, as well as ADP’s managed offerings.

In this next phase of expansion, the British business aims to leverage its orchestration and management platform, AssuredView, to make the most of its existing capabilities to monetise new services.

It claims this approach is already successful through its partnership with US-based hybrid-cloud provider Nutanix, as the MSP’s innovation team developed Nutanix Disaster Recovery as a Service, which requires no hardware or facility investment and operationalises ADP’s disaster recovery capabilities in an effort to provide protection to customers globally.

In addition to Rubrik, the organisation plans to build relationships with other tech vendors to develop managed service solutions that meet the needs of their customers.

“I’m delighted that [Hayes] is stepping into this vital new role at [ADP],” said Simon Chappell, CEO of ADP.

“He’s a co-founder of our business and has been fundamental to our growth in the Americas.

“Now, as we enter a new phase of growth and expansion, underpinned by recent additional investment from Oakley Capital, Stacy will have the opportunity to oversee key pillars of the business and to help us grow and scale globally.

“I’m equally pleased that Dutton will be stepping up in the organisation and continuing his outstanding work and that Mackle will take on additional EMEA opportunities, where he’s already achieved great success.”

These appointments come shortly after the firm's activity in the US was marked by its alliance with Chicago-based technology services distributor AVANT to boost resiliency technologies across the Americas.
