ASM Technologies breaks £150m revenue mark in full-year results
Turnover increase driven by global expansion and strong UK and France performance
Cheshire-based distributor ASM Technologies reached new heights for the year ended 31 March, driven by European operations and global expansion.
Top line leapt 41 per cent, passing the £150m threshold.
Momentum was driven by the UK and France with “impressive growth in both countries,” according to the company.
The increase was “all organic”, Iain Tomkinson, CRO of ASM, tells CRN, with all entities and accounts reporting momentum.
In 2025, the distie launched new offices across the world to consolidate its footprint and expand its reach across both DACH and North America.
ASM opened a facility in Munich, Germany in September to serve as a central hub for collaboration across Germany and continental Europe.
It also hired Maxim Terentjev as DACH sales manager that same month.
This was followed by the launch of a new office in Atlanta, Georgia, in November, aimed at strengthening proximity to US-based partners and clients.
Alongside this, ASM appointed Del Harris as US sales manager to support the development of its operations through partnerships across North America.
These investments have reportedly enabled the company to collaborate more closely with local clients, respond more quickly to their needs and provide direct access to its vendor ecosystem.
The distie also doubled down on relationships with VARs, GSIs and strategic vendors during its last financial year.
“We exceeded £100m for the first time during the year ending 31 March 2025, which was a significant achievement and milestone for the business,” added Tomkinson in a statement.
“To then break £150m the following year is a real testament to the dedication of our global team. Next stop is £200m!”
Moving forward, the firm said it is well positioned to build on its momentum and continue expanding across key regions, supported by regional teams, stronger channel partnerships and an expanding vendor ecosystem.
