Beyond lands in Argentina with new delivery centre and hiring push
The organisation expects the country to represent nearly 20 per cent of its workforce within the next three years
London-based Google Cloud partner Beyond (formerly Qodea) today reveals plans to recruit more than 100 engineers as part of a new delivery centre in Argentina.
The Buenos Aires facility will reportedly support enterprise and public sector projects alongside the company’s existing delivery centres in Romania and the Philippines.
Beyond said the investment is intended to expand engineering capacity as organisations increase spending on cloud infrastructure, AI and modernisation projects.
“This investment reflects both the scale of the opportunity in Argentina and the role engineering talent plays in delivering cloud and AI projects,” said Alan Paton, CEO of Beyond.
“Argentina offers a unique combination of technical capability and global mindset, making it a natural choice for our continued international expansion.”
Paton added he expects Argentina to account for close to 20 per cent of the business’ global workforce within the next three years.
The move follows a period of expansion and leadership changes for Beyond.
In September, the organisation expanded into the Nordics and strengthened its engineering operations in the Philippines through the acquisition of Sweden-headquartered technology consultancy TIQQE AB.
Two months earlier, backed by Marlin Equity Partners, it acquired the US-based Beyond business from Next 15 Group plc, giving the company an immediate presence in North America.
The transaction led to Qodea’s rebrand as Beyond in April.
The company has also revamped its exec team over the past year.
Paul Hoyle joined as CRO in 2025, while Divya Sampath was appointed chief delivery officer last month.
Speaking to CRN in September, Paton said he was “trying to build a business that could achieve an enterprise value of $1bn.”
The business, which with organisations including Jaguar Land Rover, PayPal, NatWest and Snap, alongside public sector customers, was formed in 2024 through the merger of CTS and Appsbroker.
Beyond ranks number 76 on CRN’s Top VARs list.
