US-based distributor Ingram Micro has reported record results for Q2 FY26, with sales increasing across all geographies.

The organisation’s net sales soared 13.6 per cent to $14.5bn (£10.8bn) during the 13 weeks ended 27 June, up from $12.8bn the year prior.

Gross profit rose 14.2 per cent from $839.2m to $958.7m.

Adjusted EBITDA climbed 21 per cent to $355.8m (Q2 FY25: $293.9m)

“We delivered the strongest second quarter results in Ingram Micro’s history, exceeding our guidance and demonstrating the strength of our global business, diversified portfolio and disciplined execution,” said CEO Paul Bay.

“Our performance reflects healthy demand across the business, with growing evidence that our Xvantage platform is creating meaningful differentiation as we help partners monetise and deliver solutions across hardware, software, cybersecurity and cloud.”

Ingram Micro reports momentum across all regions

North America remained Ingram Micro’s largest market, generating sales of $5.3bn, up six per cent from $5bn at the same time last year.

Client and endpoint solutions revenue rose eight per cent, driven by notebooks and desktops.

Advanced solutions increased three per cent on the back of storage, cybersecurity and infrastructure software growth in the US.

Cloud-based solutions jumped 35 per cent, or 54 per cent when excluding the impact of the CloudBlue divestment.

The independent software division and cloud platform was sold to HostPapa in August.

EMEA turnover rose 7.7 per cent to $3.7bn.

Momentum was fuelled by ten per cent growth in advanced solutions, 44 per cent across cloud-based solutions and seven per cent in client and endpoint solutions.

This was partially offset by a decline in other services.

APAC became Ingram Micro’s second-largest region during the quarter, with sales jumping 27.1 per cent to $4.4bn, while LATAM’s net sales skyrocketed 27 per cent to $1.1bn.

Ingram Micro targets further Q3 growth

The distributor expects Q3 sales of between $13.55bn and $13.95bn, representing year-on-year momentum of between 7.5 per cent and 10.7 per cent.

Gross profit is expected to reach between $910m and $955m.

This announcement comes amid a positive trend for the US-based distie, which saw net sales jump 13.7 per cent to $14bn in Q1, driven by growth across all four regions.

In FY25, net sales grew 9.5 per cent to $52.6bn, with increases across each geography and demand supported by client devices, servers and AI-enablement products.
