Nominations close this week: Women & Diversity in Channel Awards
Make sure you nominate your colleagues or yourself by Friday 24 April
The clock is ticking!
Nominations for this year’s Women & Diversity in Channel Awards close later this week on Friday 24 April.
The UK IT channel is full of people driving real change: from leaders championing inclusive cultures to individuals quietly making a difference behind the scenes.
Taking place in London on 8 October, the awards celebrate not only women but also wider diversity across the channel, recognising individuals, teams and organisations that are helping to build a more representative and inclusive industry.
Over the last eight years of running these awards, it’s clear that progress on diversity in our industry is moving in the right direction, but as ever, there is still so much work to do.
These awards play a vital role in ensuring that impact, effort and leadership are recognised, regardless of job title, company size or background.
What winning a CRN Women & Diversity in Channel Award means?
Recognition can be powerful.
For many past nominees and winners, being put forward has helped raise profiles, open new opportunities and reinforce the importance of inclusive leadership within their organisations.
“It recognises the heart-led, behind-the-scenes work that often goes unseen, yet makes a real difference to people’s growth, confidence and sense of belonging,” wrote Kira Squire, senior learning and development specialist at LastPass, who won Unsung Hero (Vendor/Distributor) last year.
“After 28 years in the technology channel, it was deeply moving to feel that my voice, my values and the impact of my work truly mattered,” added Nafeesah Ikram, pre-sales service design architect at Trustmarque.
