Comms integrator boosts Microsoft contact centres offering with new deal

Contact-centre software vendor Aspect is to offer integrated Microsoft Lync products to UK customers via comms integrator Amillan.

Richard Reid, director of Amillan, said the new deal enhances its capability around contact centre and workforce optimisation applications.

"We reviewed a number of suppliers when considering a partnership but felt that Aspect's vision and strategy were in line with our own," Reid said in a press release.
