Babble makes third M&A move in three months with 81G Blue buyout
Deal is seventh acquisition since the start of 2020
Unified comms VAR Babble has made its third acquisition in three months with its buyout of coud and managed services outfit 81G Blue.
Southampton-based 81G Blue offers cloud and managed services including software as-a-service and infrastructure as-a-service. The acquisition will bolster Babble's Cyber division.
The 81G Blue buyout marks the third acquisition in just three months for Babble and its seventh since the start of 2020.
The unified comms, contact centre and IT provider previously acquired Newcastle-based MSP Activ in February which was its largest acquisition of the last 12 months.
Backed by lead investor Graphite Capital, Babble is carving out a buy-and-build strategy complimented with organic growth. Its CEO Matt Parker previously telling CRN that he intends to make as many as 10 acquisitions this year alone.
Babble claims that its revenues have rapidly grown to £35m, 90 per cent of which is recurring.
