The 2022 Channel Awards are launching TODAY!
A few categories have been tweaked, the criteria simplified, so it is easier than ever to enter the channel Oscars this year
The team at CRN are excited to announce that the 2022 CRN Awards are launching today.
In a world that is still filled with terrible news and sadness, it is vital to focus on the positives in our industry and celebrate the achievements we have all made during the most challenging times in recent history.
Last year the awards were back in person, and the event itself had an atmosphere that was truly special to experience - people were genuinely thrilled to be back at the event and to be able to mingle with each other once more. This year we are confident they will be even bigger and better.
There is so much to celebrate in the channel, whether this is work focusing on diversity, the environment, STEM education or charity work, so we have new categories dedicated to this where you can celebrate the hard work of individuals and teams in these crucial areas.
We have also brought back the Software Vendor category which will give vendors not just focusing on cloud or security a chance to shine. This will incorporate SDN and RMM to give it that competitive edge.
The Channel Services Provider Award remains split in two - one aimed at support services such as recruitment, marketing and finance, for example, and the other aimed at firms that offer a technology-based support service to the channel. This format was such a success last year with so many entries that we have decided to keep it as is.

Please do read the criteria fully before starting an entry - and do check out the Top Tips to entering the awards as well - hopefully it will answer all your questions.
Please also note that the period the awards will cover this year is between July 2021 and July 2022 - so all schemes, programmes and initiatives MUST have taken place between those times.
We hope that you will all consider submitting an entry this year - these awards are such an important part of the channel's social calendar and they really do make a difference when it comes to raising profiles and demonstrating true success.

The deadline for entries is Friday 1 July, and all entries will go before two judging panels as normal, apart from the ‘Editor's Choice' categories which are either voted for or chosen by the editorial team.
