Here we catch up with top management from three of this year's Rising Stars, namely Xalient, Littlefish and Complete IT.

Rising Stars draws on data from CRN VAR 500, which ranks and profiles the top 500 UK resellers, MSPs and other channel partners on CRN's radar.

The six businesses we profiled this year grew by an average of 49 per cent in their latest years and boasted average net profit margins of above 10 per cent.
