Boxxe has rejigged its executive team, including hiring in a new chief revenue officer and internally promoting a new chief marketing officer.

The York-based business has drafted in former HP director Graham Long as chief revenue officer, Andrea Preston as chief people officer and Ruth Patterson as general counsel and company secretary.

Meanwhile Jorden Jones, who has been with boxxe for one year, has been promoted to chief marketing officer, joining the executive team.

Boxxe says the four new additions will accelerate its "next phase of growth", after claiming to have had a successful previous year and a "strong Q1".

Phil Doye, investor and CEO of boxxe, said: "We are delighted to welcome these incredible business leaders to boxxe as well as congratulate Jorden on his promotion.

"Boxxe is an increasingly ambitious company, we want to be a business that is a force for good on this planet, This means recruiting business leaders who care about impact as much as profit - helping others to do the same.

"We've come a long way since 2019. Our team are at the forefront of some of the biggest challenges businesses face in 2022 and I'm confident that we are creating a culture and a company that can tackle whatever comes next with planning, foresight, dedication and commitment."

Long brings experience from his previous roles, having built and managed B2B sales and marketing organisations at both HP and Samsung Electronics.

He replaces Joel Berwitz, who left the company is December last year.

He said: "I am delighted to join boxxe at what is undoubtedly an exciting stage of the company's development. It is a pleasure to join an organisation that has the ambition and passion to innovate and disrupt.

"The opportunity to bring my knowledge and experience to help accelerate the growth of boxxe is hugely exciting."

Preston joins boxxe from TES, a global SaaS tech company, where she was HR Director.

She said: "boxxe is a trusted and innovative company and I'm excited to support boxxe's continued growth and journey towards B Corp certification."

Patterson, who has held previous exec roles with Hive Learning and Piksel, added: "I'm thrilled to be joining boxxe at a time of such incredible digital growth across the whole of the UK. Working within a company at the forefront of digital transformation is such a privilege - shaping the future of technology and its place in our society is a game-changing opportunity."
