GoTo Resolve added to Ingram Micro's cloud marketplace for UK MSPs
The vendor is extending the availability of its RMM services into the UK market due to 'huge demand' from British MSPs
IT management specialist GoTo and its Resolve suite of managed services will now be available to UK partners on Ingram Micro's cloud marketplace.
The new Resolve remote monitoring and management services was launched last February, and is now being extended into the UK market due to "huge demand" from British MSPs, claims the vendor.
"Given the economic pressures on small businesses, and the growing number of flexible workforces, there is huge demand for managed services in the UK right now, as companies look to consolidate their technology stack and find ways to be more efficient with their IT resources," said Robinder Koura, head of partner sales, EMEA at GoTo.
"We recognised the need to make access to our new GoTo Resolve solution for MSPs as easy as possible and Ingram Micro is the ideal partner to make that happen.
Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace is the global distributors OPEX platform for automated purchasing and provisioning processes.
"GoTo has identified a real need in the market. Its unique all-in-one solution for remote IT management and monitoring addresses a large portion of the Ingram Micro partners' needs, including supporting disparate workforces, becoming more responsive and able to focus on more strategic IT planning," said Ovidiu Gherghel, director cloud & cyber security at Ingram Micro UK.
'Security is high on the agenda'
GoTo claims its Resolve suite of services provide MSP-specific account administration and reporting features, PSA integrations, and modern remote monitoring and management (RMM) capabilities.
Koura also touted its emphasis on a zero-trust security architecture within its RMM solution in a nod towards wariness towards the risk of software supply chain attacks.
"Given security is high on the agenda for many businesses too, the zero-trust security architecture integrated into GoTo Resolve for MSPs also provides additional reassurance."
