Conscia FY25 revenue skyrockets, fuelled by managed services boom
Acquisitions also propelled the firm’s financial results
Denmark-HQ cybersecurity and networking solutions provider Conscia has reported earnings drastically on the up in FY25, driven by its service business segment and M&A strategy.
Group revenue climbed 25 per cent to DKK 5.7bn (£671.2m), up from DKK 4.6bn the year prior.
This evolution was propelled by the firm’s services unit, which increased from DKK 1.1bn to DKK 1.6bn, a 42 per cent rise.
Within the section, managed services leapt 95 per cent to a new high for the Cisco gold partner.
This surge is reportedly in line with Conscia’s strategic priority, as it aims to boost its cyber offering and scale managed services.
The provider’s solution business also grew 19 per cent year-on-year.
EBITDA reached DKK 718m, a 41 per cent uplift from DKK 510m.
M&A-led expansion
These results come as Conscia has been on an acquisition roll during this financial year.
In September 2024, it bought out Norway-based observability and performance monitoring specialist Kanari Group.
In October last year, it purchased PlanNet21 in Ireland to strengthen its presence across the UKI.
Across 2025, the company consolidated Benelux operations with investments in Dutch managed cloud services provider Open Line, as well as Silta in Belgium.
It also expanded in the UK by snapping up Intuitive Systems & Networks (ISN) in February, which later, alongside ITGL, rebranded to Conscia UK.
Two months ago, the organisation took over Danish cybersecurity firm Dubex.
Thanks to organic developments and M&A deals, the IT partner now hires over 1,700 employees working in cybersecurity, networking, sovereign cloud, public cloud and observability.
“It has been a transformative year for Conscia,” said Erik Bertman, group CEO of Conscia.
“Our strategic shift towards cybersecurity and managed services is now firmly established, and we have substantially expanded our geographical footprint.
“We are growing our recurring revenue base, delivering sustained EBITDA improvement, and securing progress for our customers by solving their increasingly complex digital infrastructure challenges across Europe. This is what it means to build a European leader.”
Next financial year expectations
Moving forward, Conscia is reportedly “well-positioned in attractive and resilient markets, supported by several structural growth drivers.”
Such factors include increasing cybersecurity demands, the transition to hyper-converged infrastructure and software-defined networking, cloud adoption, and growing awareness of the financial impact of network disruptions.
Thanks to those dynamics, as well as the impact of the acquisitions made across the year, the company will aim to achieve a 50 to 55 per cent year-on-year EBTIDA evolution in FY26.
