Redcentric appoints Tony Ratcliffe as CFO and executive director
This represents the MSP’s third C-suite change since the start of the year
Yorkshire-based MSP Redcentric has named Tony Ratcliffe as its new chief financial officer and executive director, bringing over 30 years of senior financial management experience across various sectors.
Ratcliffe will replace David Senior, who announced he would join Wakefield-based VAR Nasstar Group in April after eight years at Redcentric.
"I would like to welcome Tony to the Redcentric board and look forward to working with him as we look to grow the business,” said Michelle Senecal De Fonseca, CEO of Redcentric.
“Tony has many years' experience in growing technology companies and driving shareholder value, which will bring valuable expertise to Redcentric."
This marks the third C-suite appointment made by the company this year.
De Fonseca was appointed CEO in May after serving as non-executive director since February 2024.
Aleksandra Lubavs was named CRO that same month, joining from Cloud Software Group.
With £163.2m in revenue, the company ranks number 25 in CRN’s Top VARs list.
Who is the new CFO?
Ratcliffe began his leadership career in 1993 as group controller at life-science products and laboratory services provider Celsis International.
Six years later, he took on his first CFO role when joining clinical genomics company Gemini Genomics.
Ratcliffe left the healthcare industry in 2001 when he became finance director of law enforcement software group i2 Limited, where he stayed four years.
He went on to become MD of Consilium Financial from 2005 to 2007, position he retook in 2014 and is still assuming until now.
He then transitioned to group finance director at Brady plc in 2007 and later assumed the role of CFO for companies such as Metalysis, SourceBio International, and Equipmake.
During his time at SourceBio, he reportedly led a successful restructuring which contributed to a fourfold increase in revenues and significant development in profitability over a two-year period.
