Logicalis posts double-digit FY26 growth as cloud demand rises
Cloud sales soared 23 per cent as the reseller expanded across Europe and North America
Berkshire-based managed IT services provider Logicalis International has reported growth across all regions for FY26, driven by momentum in cloud, software and annuity services.
Gross invoiced income (GII) climbed 11.8 per cent year-on-year to $2.15bn (£1.6bn), supported by strong trading across both product and annuity services.
Annuity services accounted for 35 per cent of total GII, followed by hardware at 29 per cent, software at 27 per cent and professional services at 11 per cent.
Cloud GII, which includes cloud sales related to annuity services, professional services and products surged 23 per cent to $506m, compared with $410m in FY25.
The company said all regions delivered year-on-year growth, with North America recording particularly strong momentum.
Revenue increased 6.2 per cent to $1.25bn, impacted by a greater mix of net-accounted product revenue.
Gross profit rose eight per cent to $385.9m, while EBITDA climbed 19.9 per cent to $107.9m.
Logicalis added that cybersecurity is becoming a core growth area for the business, alongside increasing demand for AI-driven infrastructure refresh projects and hybrid cloud solutions.
The company also expects momentum in software and services to continue moving forward.
European and North American expansion
During the year, Logicalis expanded its footprint across Europe and North America through acquisitions.
In March, the organisation took over Poland-based NetworkedAssets for $4.8m to strengthen its presence in the region.
A month earlier, it bought out US-based IT solutions provider Maple Woods Enterprises for $2.9m.
EMEA remained Logicalis’ largest region, accounting for 39 per cent of total GII, down one per cent from FY25.
North America represented 36 per cent, followed by APAC at 24 per cent.
Logicalis International accounted for 26 per cent of Datatec’s total GII of $8.5bn during the year, while Westcon-Comstor represented 68 per cent.
Latin America decline
Logicalis Latin America, which accounted for six per cent of Datatec’s total GII, was the only division to report declining figures during the financial year.
GII dipped 1.3 per cent to $524.9m, while revenue dropped two per cent to $446m.
The company said performance was impacted by lower order intake, particularly across Northern Latin America, despite what it described as “a favourable economic environment in Argentina.”
