CityIS renamed Viju to reflect global reach
Acquired local video comms VAR rebranded with group moniker
Videoconferencing provider CityIS has been rebranded as Viju, reflecting its acquired global status.
CityIS, a provider of systems from the likes of Smart and Cisco, was bought out by Norway-based Viju about two and a half years ago but had continued to trade under its original name until now.
"This marks an exciting new chapter," the company said in an announcement. "The updated brand strategy positions Viju as a global visual comms and collaboration specialist."
As part of the launch, it has unveiled a new website, www.vijugroup.com. It has 12 offices, in the UK, Norway, Holland, the US and Singapore.
CityIS was founded in the UK in 1997.
