Reseller giant Insight named one of UK's best workplaces for women
This is the fourth consecutive year Insight has been recognised for the achievement
Insight Enterprises has been named one of the UK's best workplaces for women in 2023 for the fourth consecutive year.
The NASDAQ-listed reseller has been recognised by Great Place to Work, which bills itself as a global authority on workplace culture, for its ongoing commitment to providing equal opportunities and fostering a workplace where women thrive.
Insight was ranked 27th in the Super Large organisations category (companies with more than 1,000 employees) following a survey evaluating how the group has gone above and beyond to ensure women are treated fairly in terms of recognition, training, and promotion opportunities.
With 85 per cent of the ranking based on feedback from Insight's female employees, the recognition reflects the voices and experiences of its staff, the reseller said.
"At Insight, we firmly believe that diversity and inclusivity are integral to our success," said its UK managing director Darren Hedley.
"Receiving recognition as one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Women for the fourth consecutive year by Great Place to Work is a tremendous honour and highlights our steadfast commitment to gender equality and creating a workplace where everyone can excel.
"I am incredibly proud to be part of a values-driven organisation dedicated to creating a Great Place to Work for All."
