Sophos signs Infinigate as it pursues expansion with small and medium MSPs

Partnership provides route to market for Sophos' newly launched Partner Care programme

Cyber-focused vendor Sophos has entered into a distribution partnership with specialist distie Infinigate, making it Sophos' largest EMEA-wide distribution partner.

According to the two companies, the tie-up aims to expand Sophos' presence in the UK, particularly among MSPs, growing the reach of the vendor's endpoint, network, email and cloud security.

An integral facet of this collaboration is the provision of Sophos' newly introduced Partner Care programme, designed to provide channel partners and MSPs with dedicated 24x7 support from a team of Sophos experts.

The signing is just the latest step in the Swiss distie's quest for pan-European growth, which it accelerated this year with hires of Exclusive vet Denis Ferrand-Ajchenbaum as chief growth officer in February and Marcus Meloni as Europe CEO in April.

This is the distie's second major vendor addition this year, after it signed with Auvik in January.
