Annodata looks north for further expansion
Managed services and comms specialist opens two more offices, bringing total to 12
Business comms and managed services provider Annodata has opened offices in Leeds and Edinburgh to ramp up its expansion north.
Andrew Harman, founder and managing director of Annodata, confirmed the company is seeing potential in northern England as well as Scotland.
"As a result of our current sales and projected growth, Scotland is demonstrating a strong platform for developing deeper relationships with a host of current and prospective clients," he said.
The two offices will complement its first two offices to open further north, in Manchester and Glasgow, and enable it to have a "more permanent" presence there. Annodata, founded 25 years ago and headquartered in Kings Langley, has continued to transform itself, particularly over the past three years when it grew noticeably, he said.
"We are a very different size and shape organisation to the one that was present five years ago," Harman (pictured) said.
Annodata's Scottish client base is coupled with "strong partnerships" with customers such as housing associations, he said.
Max Kay has been hired as northern regional sales manager, leading the new sales team in Leeds.
Rod Barthet, group sales director at Annodata, said Kay had experience in business development.
"He has bolstered both sales teams with a number of new key hires. The newly re-energised teams will ensure we continue to focus our attention," Barthet said.
