Park Place Technologies launches new partner programme and portal
Third party services provider claims the programme will 'improve the customer support experience and save customers money on support costs'
Third party services and solutions provider Park Place Technologies has announced the launch of its new Uptime Partner Portal and Uptime Partner Programme.
The Uptime Partner Programme comprises three tiers - Platinum, Gold and Authorised Partner - that include a variety of marketing and sales support resources, co-selling opportunities, training, access to program investment dollars, and a host other features.
Its new partner portal, meanwhile, offers channel partners benefits such as "easy and fast deal registration", "access to quick-tip videos", "dashboard functionality allowing visual measurement of success against crucial KPIs" and "comprehensive overviews of Park Place's solutions and services", it claims.
"This is the next step to building a world-class partner programme and demonstrates our desire to invest in our partners' success", said Chris Adams, Park Place Technologies' president and CEO.
"Our channel offers us endless scale; and with a set of modern tools, we will be able to access that scale and help Park Place grow faster."
In addition, Park Place has introduced something called the Partner Specialisation Track - the Network Management Specialist Partner, which it says "certifies channel partners that sell and invest in training for Park Place's Entuity and ParkView network monitoring and management solutions". It will also offer partners the ability to sell co-branded services for those products.
"From improving the customer support experience, to saving customers money on support costs, the Uptime Partner Programme will enable and financially reward channel partners for their collaboration and customer advocacy," the company adds.
