Career so far: Paper boy, Orchard Business Systems, Paxus, Solution 6, and then I started ramsac 19 years ago.

If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be and what would you do? The Pope and I’d sort out some of the current nonsense and modernise some of the Church’s thinking.

What would you have as your last meal? Something through a drip probably!

What is the best corporate jolly you have ever been on/taken partners on? I actually used to love the days of ComDef.

Do you see the cloud as a threat or an opportunity? Both. There is a big opportunity, but the channel needs to change its value add around it. Project management is a key area on cloud projects.

Have any of your predictions come true this year? Yes, Cameron is prime minister.

What do you see as the channel’s biggest challenge in 2011? The economy has far from bounced back yet and the channel needs to continue to conduct business with prudence.

What is the best part of your day? When I walk through the door at the end of the day and my daughter shouts Daddy, Daddy, Daddy!
