If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be and what would you do? Steve Lindsey, commander of the next shuttle mission to the International Space Station. I would love to see the Earth from orbit.
What would you have as your last meal? Steak and asparagus.
What is the best corporate jolly you have ever been on/taken partners on? Florida Conference for two weeks back in the 1980s with only a day’s mandatory attendance at the conference itself. It just would not happen nowadays.
Do you see the cloud as a threat or an opportunity? An opportunity. It’s a logical progression for the industry and a chance for resellers to differentiate on service.
Have any of your predictions come true this year? Yes, Spain for the World Cup and a hung parliament.
What do you see as the channel’s biggest challenge in 2011? Budgets constrained still further.
What is the best part of your day? Bedtime stories.
