What has been your business highlight of 2022?

It's been great to see our people getting back together in the offices a couple of days a week and creating a really positive energy. Our head office restaurant's Pie Wednesday is a staff favourite too.

If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?

Free school breakfast for every child.

Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

Dr Tim Ferris, NHS director for transformation. My fingers are crossed for this guy and his team as this amazing institution needs their help - so far, so good!

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

"Warning: no off switch."

What was your first job?

In a factory putting tiny Ian Botham statues in Cornflake packets for kids to drop into their bowls of milk.

What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

And Away by Bob Mortimer. It was brilliant - and with some familiar flashbacks!

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

Everything's recoverable.

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

Will Ferrell… I'd love to see what he'd do with it!
