Ian Cook, chief executive of Logicalis Group, said: “It is important that we build scale in Germany to become a significant player in that market and to complement our substantial businesses in the US, UK and South America.
“The acquisition of Minters, with its excellent reputation for technical skills with Cisco and its customers plus an increasing annuity (recurring) revenue base, significantly increases our scale and strengthens our position as a strategic partner for Cisco in Germany. We see considerable opportunity for Logicalis to provide IT and communication solutions to the German mid-market.”
