Julian Klein has left Ingram Micro, CRN has learned.
Klein took up the UK managing director position at Ingram in June 2007, weeks after he parted company with audiovisual distributor Steljes (CRN 18 June 2007). He also worked as managing director of broadliner Computer 2000 until 2003.
It is unclear at this stage where Klein is going – but CRN is awaiting a statement from Ingram later today.

However, sources close to the company have hinted that Pablo Suarez, currently managing director of Ingram’s Miami Export Group, will move to the UK to take over Klein’s role as soon as next week.
This is the third high-profile departure for Ingram UK this year. Long-term commercial director Bhavesh Patel left the company in January after 18 years and Jay Forbes resigned as Ingram’s EMEA president earlier this month.
