XChange MSP: How can MSPs help their customers through a recession?

CRN is gearing up to bring together the UK's leading managed services players on October 19 at the May Fair Hotel, London for XChange MSP.

The conference, formerly known as MSP Transform, is set to be a day full of insights on pressing market issues, boardroom sessions and networking opportunities with some of the UK's top MSPs. 

Set to take the stage as the first keynote of the day, Carbon3IT managing director John Booth (pictured) will discuss how MSPs can help customers through a recession.

Booth will highlight the top issues for MSPs and provide possible solutions. 

He will weigh up how MSPs can breathe new life into their business models to help clients to address sustainability and inflation. 

Once delegates have settled back in post-networking lunch, the afternoon will see an all-star panel with speakers from Network Group and Technology To Go, Trustmarque, and Nettitude Group debating the MSP outlook for 2024 and beyond. 

Closing the event will be adventurer, author, and motivational speaker Darren Edwards who will share is experiences of overcoming adversity, adapting to change, evolving, and building a robust mindset.
