Kode International, a Swindon-based printed circuit boards manufacturer, has agreed a cash offer of #14.2 million from US venture capitalist Cornerstone Equity Investors. Subject to the transaction going through, Kode will become a subsidiary of Automata, a firm that operates in a corresponding market in the US.
