Reseller flotation

Computacenter will offer 44.3 million shares - about 26 per cent of the reseller - at between 550p and 670p each. The company would be worth #1.25 billion if all the share options are traded at the higher value. Computacenter assured potential investors that it was not turning to the Stock Exchange to fund acquisitions but to provide liquidity for shareholders.
