Agilitas logs record revenue and profit growth

Channel services firm's EBITDA hits £3.8m

Channel services provider Agilitas is celebrating a barnstorming year that has seen it achieve record revenue and EBITDA growth.

Turnover increased 15 per cent year-on-year to £14m for its year ending 31 March 2020, while EBITDA grew nearly 22 per cent to £3.8m.

Recurring revenue streams, new logo wins and partners benefitting from recent infrastructure investment all contributed to the results.

During its fiscal year, the firm expanded its Nottingham-based international logistics, increased its supply chain automation to reduce overheads introduces six new service offerings to partners, including SMART logistics and device-as-a-service.

"As a company with a passion to innovate, we are continuously looking to improve our partner services portfolio, to put their needs at the heart of our business," stated CEO Shaun Lynn.

"COVID-19 restrictions have only accelerated our approach to innovation. From enhancements to our online quoting portal, AssureMeNow, to other services designed to help our partners during this challenging time, we still maintain our world-class support services which have produced tangible results for our partners both in the UK and internationally."

Lynn recently led an MBO of the firm in November, backed by investment firm Perwyn.
