What has been your business highlight of 2022?

Enjoying seeing Jigsaw24 go from strength to strength as we opened our M1 service centre at the start of the year and moved premises to our new state-of-the-art offices in central London this autumn.

If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?

Compulsory Monty Python viewing as part of the national curriculum.

Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

Elon Musk, for the astonishing scope of his progress with both Tesla and SpaceX.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

"Beware of loud shirts in built-up areas."

What was your first job?

12- hour nightshifts packing pork pies inside the freezer room. It's been downhill ever since.

What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

Lady in Waiting by Anne Glenconner - very amusing, scandalous, fun. A gripping read.

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

Say thank you and work together as a team.

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

I'd turn the movie of my life into one of those wellbeing mindfulness apps - a 4K film of the countryside in beautiful colour with no cast and no sound except the wind and swirling leaves would be far better!
