EquIP has signed an agreement with Extreme Networks to distribute its entire product range in the UK.
It becomes Extreme's third distributor, joining Westcon and Mayflex.
Graham Smee, managing director of equIP, said: "We are extending our product portfolio because the market is more about complete solutions than just end points. We see Extreme as being a key part of that from a security switch point of view."
Andy Zollo, UK channels director at Extreme Networks, said: "We have spent five years building a strong channel. We work closely with our distributors, but we recognised that we need to reach new areas and resellers as we develop more security technology. EquIP has a lot of experience and a broad channel base, and seemed like a natural fit."
