Axonex claims it is the first Cisco partner out of the gate on the networking vendor's new Advanced Architecture specialisations.
The Cheltenham-based reseller has gained two Advanced Architecture badges in the areas of Borderless Networks and Collaboration. It claims it is the first of Cisco's UK crop to obtain even one.
The VAR, which recently added management muscle, said it is also the first partner to be awarded two of the specialisms worldwide.
Cisco revamped its accreditation process in April, moving to a system based on architecture specialisations rather than solutions-focused badges.
Owen Lloyd, Axonex director, said: "By being first to market, worldwide, with both of these industry-leading specialisations, Axonex continues to build upon its outstanding track record of adopting and delivering new and innovative technologies to customers and partners.
"These specialisations further align Axonex to Cisco's go-to-market strategy, for its Advanced Borderless Networks and Advanced Collaboration architectures."
