Print and audiovisual distributor Midwich has shuffled its executive team, with COO Mark Lowe (pictured) taking the reins of Midwich Limited as managing director.
Also in the new line-up, divisional director Lee Baker has been moved to commercial director, while Stuart Mizon has taken on a group-level role as director of strategic development.
Stephen Fenby, meanwhile, has relinquished control of Midwich Limited to focus on his role as group MD.
The Midwich Group has been expanding at a rate of knots since floating on London's AIM in 2016, having acquired the likes of Sound Technology and Holdan in the UK, as well as a number of other firms across Europe.
Speaking on the reshuffle Fenby said: "I am pleased to announce these changes at both the group level and within Midwich Limited.
"The group had a very busy year in 2017 and these promotions will help to ensure that we maximise future opportunities.
"I would like to congratulate Mark, Lee and Stuart on their new roles and wish them all the best as we progress into 2018."
