What is the one thing working in the technology industry has taught you? You have to work hard to keep up, and reading CRN helps.
Where do you think the channel will be in five years time? Far fewer resellers and fewer numbers of general channels, and lots more niche players.

Which vendor's technology do you think has changed the face of IT? IBM introducing a standards-based PC/open architecture.
How do you unwind or spend your spare time? I'm a big sports fan, and am interested in golf. Rugby is the main sport for me.
