What has been your business highlight of 2022?
Celebrating our 30th birthday, bringing together all the current staff and their families and seeing old friends who have been part of the team over the last three decades.
If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?
I would lengthen the school day for all learners but banish homework.
Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?
Satya Nadella continues to inspire and motivate me to be a better leader.
If you had a warning label, what would it say?
"Warning: may be sparky without regular feeding."
What was your first job?
A paper round - well, three actually: one in the morning, one in the evening and a mid-week free paper too.
What was the last book you read, and was it any good?
Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker. It's a fantastic book and everyone should read it.
What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?
Employee engagement is not a synonym for employee wellbeing.
Who would play you in a movie of your life?
Dwayne Johnson for all the obvious similarities.
