I'd love to say Gordon makes up for his lack of beauty with a surfeit of brains but the poor chap's known for his propensity towards blonde moments.
Recently he got in a right tizz about a customer photo we were using in a piece of marketing material. The bloke in question - let's call him Gary Smith - had his PA send over a snap.
As we were about to go to print, Gordon suddenly had a panic when he saw the name of the file - 'gary lowres'.
Who was this mysterious Mr Lowres? He spent an afternoon making frantic phone calls to find out. When he finally spoke to Gary's PA, he found a bit of punctuation cleared it up: 'Gary - low res'.
He was mortified - but I told him every office needs a loveable ditz.
