Specialist displays manufacturer Prysm has opened a London showroom to demonstrate its high-definition videowalls and digital mannequin offerings.
Amit Jain, chief executive of Prysm, said the company believed there is growing interest in its technology and so was opening showrooms in London as well as the United Arab Emirates and New York, Los Angeles and San Jose in the US to take advantage of the trend.
"We have realised the need to expand our display solutions and geographic reach of our product to better accommodate customer demand. Prysm displays offer a viewing angle of 180 degrees for immersive videowall experiences," Jain said.
According to the vendor, the seven-feet-high "Digital Mannequin" display comprises five tiles stacked vertically in a custom-made casing, with plug-and-play support, which can be used for life-size, animated advertising of products or promotions.
Prysm is distributed in the UK by firms such as rentals specialist PSCo.
