Two of the UK's leading Oracle partners have come together, with Inoapps acquiring rival Teamsolve for an undisclosed sum.
Inoapps, which has about 70 employees and is based in Aberdeen, specialises in applications and licensing. Derby-based Teamsolve, meanwhile, is a fellow Oracle Platinum partner and works predominantly in the consultancy and managed services space. Between them, the two firms' number of Oracle specialisations will stretch into double figures.
Inoapps chief executive Andy Bird said: "It is a critical time for the Oracle partner community; key technology developments have opened a number of exciting opportunities for innovative and forward-thinking companies. This acquisition provides us with even greater depth of skill and breadth of services, allowing us to seize even more opportunities for the creation of further customer benefits."
