Sana Security signs with Lenovo
Sana's Primary Response Safe Connect software has now been assigned a Lenovo part-number
Anti-malware vendor Sana Security has secured an OEM agreement with notebook manufacturer Lenovo, which it has claimed will open up new markets for its channel.
Under the terms of the deal, Sana’s Primary Response Safe Connect software has been assigned a Lenovo part number and will be sold as part of Lenovo’s growing security portfolio.
Tim Eades, senior vice president of sales at Sana, said: “The products will be available through our distribution partners. We have high hopes for the mid-market and small-office/home-office sectors.”
Eades said partners can access product information through Sana’s partner portal. Both Lenovo and Sana partners will be eligible to sell the product.
Mike Walker, mobile business development manager at Lenovo, said: “Sana’s technology was a no-brainer for Lenovo as an additional security item to add to our growing portfolio. We are always looking for new partners.”
