Amplicon finds its VEE

Distributor wins exclusive distribution rights to Agilent's VEE software portfolio

Amplicon has been granted the exclusive distribution rights to Agilent’s visual engineering environment (VEE) portfolio.

The distributor is planning to offer the software to its reseller base as a tool to speed up development of measurement and control, analysis, test system and data acquisition applications.

John Hayward, product manager of the measurement and control group at Amplicon, said: “Our experience with Agilent VEE Pro software goes back many years and our engineers have been involved in a variety of projects using the technology during this time.

“As such, we are able to offer the benefit of our own experiences when offering this product. The software enables users to focus on problem solving rather than spending time managing test systems, an acknowledged criticism of previous VEE programmes.”
